“My stay was phenomenal, the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help they went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had a very enjoyable experience since it was our wedding anniversary. My room was spotless with a stunning view of the ocean, well decorated with a beautiful cake to wish us happy anniversary. They sent many stuffs to my room to continue to wish us happy anniversary. “Atlantis has become our ideal family vacay spot-5 visits in 3 years! Every time we come we are amazed with new discoveries. The property is constantly upgraded and maintained and every year there is something new added. Were there mid December and got to enjoy the holiday decor. Beautifully decorated throughout the property. Definitely the easiest vacay spot for all ages. Until next time!”

“I think the room descriptions were a little confusing. It was made to seem like there was going to be a washer and dryer in our 2 bedroom suite. There was also a lack of drawers for putting clothes away. Seems like some of the furniture was converted from other things and didn’t quite make the space as functional as it could have been. The staff was either extremely friendly or fairly disgruntled. Overall happy with our stay and family had a great time. ”

“Good, but old. Excellent service in the hotel, but not good in the restaurants. Tip are automatically added to the bill so the staff doesn’t go out of there way to be helpful. Nassau is run down but Paradise islands is beautiful. No real need to leave the facility. The place feels like a carnival cruise ship. But it is once in a life time experience for every family…from little babies up to teens. ”
