“Staff very attentive”

“When we arrived there was a rugby match being shown in the lounge area on the televisions. There was a very noisy crowd which made it difficult to hear the reception staff. The bedroom was on the second floor above the noisy lounge and when the rugby finished a very loud live band started playing which we could hear in our room.
