“We had a fantastic stay at La Mariposa. Rooms were clean and spacious. Decor was a bit dated, but very clean, and the views are unmatched in Manuel Antonio. We saw monkeys, parrots, iguanas and a toucan from our balcony. Breakfast was delicious, with many choices, and the restaurant had beautiful views as well. The pool was a very relaxing place to spend time with plenty of shade. The hotel recommended two great excursions for our family - the night hike and surfing, and they were highlights...

“The staff were accommodating and always willing to help. Our room was lovely and as advertised online. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pools were wonderful and our spa experience was extremely positive. Overall good value for dollar. Our only complaint would be the cost of a poolside drink - it was wild!”
