“I booked a studio room due to work commitments this weekend. Upon arrival I was told to go through all the lock boxes and just see which room was available. Owner confirmed all rooms are the same. The room had, a bed, a dresser and a wardrobe… that’s it. Kitchen was communal, as was the washroom?! Yes we had a key to the washroom but so did everyone else and we had to walk down a shared corridor to get to it. The entrance stunk of weed and cigarette smoke despite a clear “no smoking” clause...

“Came for my birthday. Spacious apartment, mostly clean except a lot of the cutlery & plates but I cleaned them myself. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t working and I did let them know but nothing was done. Check in and check out was confusing and not reception to ask questions to so had to phone them up multiple times. I don’t believe I’ve had my security deposit back either and it’s been over a week now. Average place.”

“Really lovely location. Super central Very open a spacious. I got it for me and my partner for the evening while visting friends. But could have easily had some children or another couple with us. The site was very clean, everthing was what we needed for the stay. Very happy overall, would stay at and use again ”

“The suite was everything we expected and more. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. My only suggestion is to make the hotel sign more visible as you can’t see it at all when driving down the one way street. Also, sending the parking directions and codes beforehand would have been a great help. Otherwise, very comfortable, great location and lovely apartment. ”

“Great location, loud at night but to be expected. Very cheap toiletries and room not being cleaned during 2 night stay made the stay feel less than luxurious. Bread knife would be a good addition in the kitchenette. Feels safe. Would revisit. Thank you!”

Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 ”

I picked this apartment because the listing said that it had limited on site parking which is one of the two requirements I was looking for when booking. In the confirmation booking email they said there was no onsite parking and recommended Q Park. So I used the link that was provided and booked through Q park only to discover later on when checking in that there was actually a closer car park. Other than the car parking we had a nice stay and...
