"We had a lovely stay! Great, clean and spacious room. Hotel onsen allows tattoos which was the biggest factor in booking! But the onsen has odd closing hours for such a large hotel making it pretty busy during our stay. We’re accustomed to hotel onsens being closed only 2-3hours a day but at OMO5 it’s closed for more than 6 hours a day.. other than this, we loved the hotel"

Abundance of amenities provided, you'd be set even if you only came with the clothes on your back. The staff were so hospitable. "I was so pleasantly surprised by what was offered. I booked an overnight stay on my way to Sapporo. I had no experience with this chain and expected an average service/facility. For one night, I didn't mind. However, the staff were organised and welcoming. Unlike similar hotel chains, they had four lifts to take guests up and down. Everywhere was super clean.
