“The reception when we first arrived was a bit frosty. The restaurant breakfast service was extremely poor. Our Valley view room had a toilet roll holder you find in some office buildings where roll is locked and tissue is pulled though a small gap. Two days in a row, the tissue was trapped and could not be pulled out. Each time this happens you hsve to call reception to get it sorted. I am sure I am not the only one to experience this so why not resolve it? One day we came back yo the room...

“You have to remember that this is a very remote location. On basis of that the food is very good. The setting is amazing so peaceful. The hotel does not sell alcohol, this is not very clear on the description above, so has led to some negative reviews. The food is a buffet which changes each day.
