“위치가 생각 이상으로 외진 곳에 있습니다. 꼬불꼬불한 산길을 한참 가야해요. 픽업서비스가 30달러였나 그랬는데, 아까워서 요청 안하고 툭툭탔다가 죽는줄 알았습니다. 픽업서비스 받는걸 추천합니다. 직원들이 옛날 식민지시절 옷 같은 제복을 입고 있고, 친절합니다. 다만, 서양인에 비해 동양인을 다소 소홀히 대하는 느낌을 받았습니다. 가실 분들은 복장에 조금 신경쓰시기 바랍니다. 기분이 상해서 체크인 후 옷을 갖춰입고 다녔더니 훨씬 잘해주더군요. 주변경치는 정말정말 아름답습니다. 욕실도 통유리 비슷하게 되어있어서 차밭이 모두 보이구요. 며칠 더 머물고 싶을만큼 좋았습니다. 주변에 아무것도 없기 때문에 호텔 안에서 모든것을 해결해야 하는데, dining on wheels가 엄청 비싸긴 하지만 한번정도는 경험해볼만 합니다.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at Ella Retreat. The glamping tent was ideal for us, spacious and comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the waterfall was amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, organising our (very tasty) meals, tuktuks and laundry. ”

“The hotel was clean and the rooms were great. The only drawback is the steep climb to the hotel.it is in the center of town and you can walk to restaurants, shopping and bars. The chef made food packages to take on the train trip- which was lovely. ”

“The view from our room was absolutely amazing and the bedroom was very comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand not the best, quite dark and the shower had quite a bit of black mould stains and needed a deep clean. Steep walk to get down to Ella and back to the hotel again. Would most likely return for the views from the room”

“Overall my stay was great. The view and peacocks were beautiful. The food was also great. Only complaint I have is there was a mouse that entered our room. The hotel provided a mouse trap which did catch the mouse. Keep in mind that this room is outdoors so you may see insects and mosquitoes in your room. ”

“I really liked how peaceful this place was with a great view. The English breakfast was not great, but the Sri Lankan breakfast was very good. And the Jacuzzi is nice to have, but it’s not hot. The room was great that I had with a view of Ella rock. But the bathroom doors were kinda like closet doors and made a big noise when you went in and out the people were very nice and helpful and kind. The location was a bonus cause you could just walk down the hill and you’d be right in the middle of...

“Beautiful cottage feel in Nuverliya. Our family was so happy we decided to stay there. Staffs were excellent. There have library room with activity room for the teen to kids. ”

Niveau anglais tres difficile, on a le sentiment qu'ils ont peu l'habitude avec les occidentaux Apres nous avoir laissé filer, plusieurs témoignages nous attestent que les conditions de travail des salaries ne sont pas optimales.quel dommage, tout etait bien sinon, mais ca gache vraiment tout”
