"The hotel provides free drinks, cookies and apples at the lobby when we arrived. That was a pleasant surprise to us as we were tired, thirsty and hungry from the travel. The lady who checked me in was very helpful, but on Saturday morning, when I tried to ask about local bus service for a trip, the gentleman did not attempt to help at all, stating i only know about the hotel.
