"Great location for a stopover in Fiji. 15 minutes from Nadi airport. Staff is outstanding, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The included buffet breakfast was amazing. The wide range of options, including international cuisine and glute free choices was incredible. "This resort is a great place. It's about 30 minute drive from the Nadi International Airport and it's on a reef by itself, which means you actually have to take a small boat from the parking lot where you'll get dropped off to the actual hotel property. With that being said, you're pretty isolated from the main island. Some people are going to love that getting away from everything else, some aren't going to love being on a resort where it can be quite difficult to get to see anything else on the island. The food was good, the staff was great and the menu is varied and quite tasty. Plus, they have a different theme for their buffet dinner every night which keeps things interesting. I got an ocean front room, which was beautiful and thankfully the AC worked great. It was definately a great room. If you're coming for the water, the ocean next to the resort (at least when I was there) was quite dirty and not the beautiful clear blue you're probably hoping for. However, the pool directly next to the water is beautiful, it's large for everyone, very comfortable in the island heat and there's tons of chairs to lay about. "

"First Landing is an amazingly beautiful resort. The staff is frienldy, welcoming and always made you feel special. The resort itsels is older but kept up well and clean. The fishing and free kayaks were so much fun!! If you want a quiet and peaceful vacation, this is it!"

"It felt like a 'taste of Fiji'. Instead of just being a lovely resort that could really belong anywhere, it felt very Fijian. The flowers in your room, put there by housekeeping, the towel animals on the bed, the big booming 'Bula' everytime you arrived in foyer, the fire dancers, the happy friendly staff that loved and served people all made that Fijian feel seem real. The deli has the best coffee in that whole area. (Believe me, I tried many and was very disappointed with most!) The gulf buggies moving through the resort constantly made it so much easier to get around, especially on the very wet afternoons. It was a great place to holiday!"

"Very quiet ( almost too quiet) clean ! Amazing staff Everything shuts down at 7pm which is way too early but there is no out door lighting that’s why. Food was all so good. Adult pool was the best part ! Disappointed they allowed children in the swim up bar. "
