“Nice old pub building in the centre of the small town. Down stairs arras were very nice with a cosy and traditional atmosphere. On checking in was advised kitchen was closed for 2 of the 3 nights. Breakfast (American pancakes) was very poor. Room was ok but tired around the edges. Very few power points and signs of a long term leak from shower which is always off putting. A REALLY noisy AC/ chiller unit below the bedroom window was pretty annoying Not a bad place, but at £145 a night i...

“Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was well cooked and reasonable in price. Parking was safe and easy and th egrounds, which lead to a park and the beach are wonderful. Our dog was welcome with us and well looked after in the hotel - much more so than some 'dog friendly' hotels.”

“Staff, very friendly and great service. The rooms are beautiful, with great facilities. However, the beds are the hardest I have ever slept on, which resulted in broken and painful sleep. I did not rise refreshed. Breakfast was really good but sausage was very tangy (maybe male pig) so I was unable to eat. ”
