“Property location is great with free transport to Salcombe town or Ferry from beach adjacent to hotel. Hotel room/accommodation had great view but was small. This was disappointing when considering the tariff for two rooms /4 nights accommodation. The bedroom lacked soundproofing, disturbed nights sleep for three nights due to noise from young children in next room, spoke to receptionist with little response! “Brilliant location on the beach. Room 18 has a great full sea view Yawl room. Limited menu for evening meal (not everyone likes fish) and service was not good. But all other aspects good . Slightly on the expensive side of where I would place it.”
