“Friendly staff really wanted us to have a good stay”

“Where do I start when I arrived? I was greeted by Annette and Jade. They had to deliver me the bad news that I left my passport and credit card at the previous hotel in Bournemouth. They were absolutely lovely called the previous Hotel to say that I would be back the next day. The hotel is incredible sitting right on the water with spectacular views. Parking was very easy. “Had a really nice couple of nights, room was spacious, clean and ideal for a family. Staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, courteous and helpful, credit to the resort and management. Breakfast had enough for everyone and a good selection of cooked and continental. We had one evening meal in the restaurant, couldn't fault the food or the service and very reasonably priced, we even stayed for the quiz! Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend and will hopefully visit...
