“The staff were genuinely kind and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the room itself was far below our expectations. It was spacious, but it did not feel clean or well maintained. Several electrical outlets didn’t work, one of the lamps was broken, and the others were covered in a noticeable layer of dust. “Beautiful view of the Yampa River off the balcony. Air conditioner worked amazing in 99 degree weather. Staff is very attentive, friendly and open to any questions or concerns. Beds were super super comfy, shower was also great. Great location within walking distance to everything in steamboat.”
