“This was a wonderful property, very clean and modern. The best part was the staff: Javier is the most helpful and beautiful soul I have ever met (reception), Jesus and Camila at the reception are very kind and helpful. Rodrigo at the aquatic is awesome and took great care of us. He arranged a boat for us to go island hoping which was the most incredible experience (Daniel and Pablo were the guides on the boat and were incredible). The whole experience at this hotel is a paradise dream. ”

“Very nice pools. Close to the beach. Nice staff. Only compliant was that the complimentary bottle of wine with my upgrade didn’t come with a bottlle opener, so i couldn't enjoy it.”

“Overall, we had a nice stay at this hotel. Safe. Great location. A few things to be aware of. - The staff were nice but did not speak English very well making communication difficult. - Rooms are very small, however, this was noted in the listing (270 sq ft). - Cleanliness was an issue. Upon arrival at the room, there was a spoon that a previous guest had clearly used for yogurt. Although our room was serviced daily, this spoon was not changed throughout the duration of our visit (4 nights). The...

“It’s very clean, and the room was comfortable. I found it to be very typical for the area, yes it’s dated in regards to the fixtures and furniture but it was clean, and the ac worked great. I’d stay here again. ”
