“You know this was a really nice hotel. It felt like heaven after the terrible bus ride to Bafoussam. The staff is so wonderful and I ended up having a great time with them. And the dining room is pretty cool with the paintings. I slept well there. My negative criticisms were things that turned up again and again with nearly every hotel reservation I made in all of my time in Cameroon and so I can’t directly blame this hotel: you reserve a room and arrive late at night only to learn they gave...

Apparently, according to the property, reservations are not transmitted to them in a timely manner. Let’s work on this Expedia, so we can avoid the embarrassment of arriving and being told that they do not have our room!”

“We visited Cameroon for 2 weeks. We stayed at this hotel the last 2 days of the trip and were very pleased. Many other hotels we used were really poor. The Hôtel Bano Palace was a pleasure and the shuttle to the airport was great. The pool was clean and nice, a cocktail by the pool made for a nice evening. Thumbs up by our family. ”
