"Overall excellent stay, no issues, recommend to anyone. Except for one thing, their breakfast, just seems so uncoordinated and not managed well. Open at 6 and I show up at 615am, they're mopping the floor, no eggs in the pot, no one at the omelette station, food is cold, servers are hanging around together. 6am open means be ready for customets not starting your shift. "Staff was amazing, but the room was not totally finished at all . we dont know if there is some renovation going on. upon checking the ceiling i think the housekeeping forgot to check it there are some scotch tape from the previous guest that you forgot to look into it, but the frontdesk was awesome."

"The common areas of the hotel seemed a little dated but it is a nice place, excellent and filling hot breakfast buffet and the location was perfect with the SM Megamall, MRT stations, 24hr food options and laundry places all within walking distance. The staff was so nice, espcially Chell our waitress in the breakfast buffet. She also works at the Starbucks in the hotel. I would happily stay again in the future. "
