“Unfortunately did not meet expectations for a 5-star hotel. While the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel missed the mark on quite a few aspects: room cleaning seemed very hasty (full trash can was not emptied), the quality of the breakfast was on the lower side, and the view from the room was quite disappointing.”

“정말 최악이었습니다. 객실 가구들은 올드타운처럼 낡았고 청소상태는 서울시내 싸구려 모텔보다 더 더러웠습니다. 방이 너무 더러워서 4박을 예약했으나 1박만 투숙하고 환불받고 나왔습니다. 또한 근처 산위에 무슨 음식점? 같은게 있는데 밤 12시가 넘어가도록 앰프틀어놓고 노래를 부르는데... 진짜 너무 시끄러웠어요. 이곳이 진정 별4개짜리 리조트가 맞나 눈을 의심했습니다. 정말이지 이딴 거지같은 리조트를 1박에 30만원 이상씩 받는다는게 믿어지지가 않고 저희같은 피해자들이 나오지 않았으면 하는 마음에서 이 리뷰를 씁니다. 여긴 정말 개쓰레기리조트에요.”

“Everything is made super difficult by the staff. Everyone says something different. My wife and 2 small children got left at the marina by boat ferry captain igor because he has a “schedule” even though he went back to the hotel and when he came back he said ok now you can go back to the hotel. Literally left woman and children standing there in the heat. If you go to the beach early they won’t let you have the front row because it’s reserved so you msg the concierge and ask to reserve the front...

“I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It says it’s 4 star- we stayed in 4 hotels across the 9 days we were there, all 4 star and this one was poor. It was tired and dated and looked like it had been decorated with no care at all, Paint over the windows and wood work, just made it look shabby. It didn’t feel clean at all. I booked a room with a shower but was given a room with a bath. The shower head was in a fixed position in the wall facing the shower screen which meant that when you showered...

“Loved the stay at Ami, the beach was close and loads of shops and restaurants near by. Breakfast was busy and good. Room was beautiful we had a huge balcony with views over the sea. Expensive for two nights but it was lovely Staff were helpful”

“Beim Checkin gab es Irritationen wegen dem Vorbesitzer / Betreiber und meiner Buchung. Die Damen am Checkin haben superprofessionell, liebenswert und ruhig reagiert trotz des Stress. Die Lage ist ein Traum und meine Deluxe-Suite war einfach toll. Frühstück gab es im bezaubernden Nachbarrestaurant Capri, das tolles Ambiente und Ausblick und lieben Service bot. Ich bekam sogar extra Gebäck. Alles in allem haben die aktuellen Betreiber mit Altlasten zu kämpfen. Da jedoch stets auf Alles...

“Great small hotel with a lot of amenities. Take advantage of the beach club with free beach beds, free parking, great buffet breakfest, excellent on-site restraunt for lunch or dinner, rooftop with indoor pool, spa including sauna and turkish hamam, and the on-site masseuse who was excellent. All staff are superb and help you with a smile.”

“A charming old hotel surrounded by beautiful trees. There are not many parking spots available, and the air conditioning is slow, but it keeps the room fresh throughout the day. The beach is a five-minute walk down the stairs, and the hotel provides an umbrella. The staff is very kind and respectful, and there are excellent restaurants like Amadeus and Drago in the area. I recommend visiting St. Sava Church by car; it offers a great 360-degree view from the top of the mountain.”
