“We took a family trip with 8 years old. We loved the private island and swimming with flamingos. Location of the hotel is amazing. However the side that’s kids friendly needs a remodel. Just felt old specially comparing with Adults only side We had to wait to get our room and when my kids were getting restless and I asked the front desk. He was getting upset and not even looking into my face. He can see my kids are tired and it’s KIDS FRIENDLY side of the hotel. Maybe be little extra kind. ”

“Great place only complaint is the food in the buffets could use some revamping. Def the low point of the trip but everything else was great. ”

“My room was so nice! Very clean the staff was so nice and courteous and friendly! The grounds were beautiful the beach omg the water so was breath taking never seen nothing like it!! The food was delicious!! The drinks were so good!! And the parties was so much fun!! I want to give a shout to all the staff especially Mary, Louise and Juan!! ”
