“This was our first trip to Aruba. The staff was helpful and friendly. Check in and out was smooth and parking was very convenient. The room was clean and very spacious. Out pool view included a distant view of the ocean. The "kitchen" was just a microwave, large fridge and freezer and sink. We had to ask for plates and cutlery (which was provided but were disposable products). The pools were lovely and never crowded. The hotel is a 5-7 minute walk to Gianni's and accessible to the beach via the resort golf shuttle or easily walkable. “We had an amazing family holiday escape at the Barcelona. Immaculate attention to details, attentive and caring staff with pride displayed within every interaction. Restaurant reservations are needed but appreciated during peak Christmas/new year week as it’s virtually impossible to get a reservation or table offsite for 6!
