“I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room. “This is really a wedding venue hotel, with a really great pool area for Armenia (one of the best). The pool doesnt have a shallow end so isn't great for kids, and a lot of folks during the day just seemed like Instagram influencers more focused on getting good pics than taking a break. Overall a nice break and far enough from the city to benefit, but would be better to stay here if part of a big wedding etc.”
