“The room was perfectly clean and had a beautiful view. My only minor complaint is that you still have to reserve pool time (I think this started during COVID), and all pool slots were taken when we checked in. It doesn’t seem super necessary anymore. But the front desk staff were great for check in and check out and the hotel is always a nice getaway. ”

“The resort has been around for many years and over the years they have expanded at added more upscale rooms. To save money, I selected the older, smaller single rooms. It was very spartan. However, it was clean, it had a microwave and fridge. What it lacked was a comfortable chair, space, modern upgrades including more outlets. The staff was exceptional and attentive to my needs.”

“The staff is very welcoming and friendly! The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. It was the perfect location to walk into downtown for our sled dog events. They do not have a pool or spa, but you are able to use the facilities at the Captain Cook hotel which is across the street.”
