"Wonderfully central for food- tram & trains. Large room & well serviced. No laundry bag or water in rooms. Hotel room dining menu was weakest part. Nothing healthy- mostly fried. Plenty of food options under hotel & coles is under hotel in the shopping part too. Staff were very friendly."

The housekeeping service is absolutely wonderful and the general service is very nice. The location is good to visit major places in Sydney and very nice to walk around with children.
