“It is located near Glenary,s however we couldn't see mountain properly even though we stayed in sweet room. We couldn't open curtain due to a building opposite of our windows. Further more, reception desk staff were rude and blunt way.”

“Very bad experience due to un-clean, unhygennic and clumsy rooms and toilets”

“My trip was very satisfactory except i had some problems with my stay at MAIN OLDE BELLEVUE HERITAGE HOTEL where I checked into with my family.I booked two deluxe rooms but the rooms were not as impressive and cozy as it seemed on your website.Number of staff members were very less in number so it takes more time for the staff members to execute our orders.Moreover not much security system is there my younger son's watch was stolen from our room and the hotel manager John was very reluctant...

“Service was great. Was a Big spider in room. No insect spray available apart from their home made one. Room service was good. Overall comfortable place to stay at”

“Hospitality is excellent and location is perfect. Management is very responsive and staff hospitable. However there is a disconnect on the online booking regarding already paid breakfast option which doesn’t reflect on the hotel account which can be an irritant. Also the food could be improved upon. Otherwise excluding online booking confusion and a little improvement in the food this place deserves a 5 star. ”
