This Double Tree location has seen better days. I have stayed at this location multiple times over the last four years, and it has always been great until yesterday. When I arrived, I was greeted by the staff, and I identified that I was a Hilton honors member, but I was not given water or the customary cookies. Then, when I went to my room, though comfortable, the carpet had sags and pulls in it, the bed looked like it was 20 years old, both the old shower head and the new one that was sistered to it leaked and were cracked, and the tub had an awful patch job over a hole in it. Finally, when I returned after dinner, I stopped by the front desk and asked for an extra pillow for my wife and me; I was told, no problem, housekeeping will bring it to you. The pillows never showed, nor did I receive a call or a knock telling me they didn't have any extra pillows—deplorable service.
