“We travelled as a group of four, 2 adults and 2 children (3 and 6 years old). We selected a family room with a mountain view. The room was nice and clean, but it was not in the main building of the hotel. This was not convenient for us because every time we wanted to go to the swimming pool or the restaurant, we had to fully dress. “Brand new clean functional and very comfortable room. Spacious comfortable public areas in hotel. Excellent healthy breakfast. Very friendly welcoming manager. I enjoyed a nightly supper in the restaurant- - food was excellent and reasonably priced. Convenient shuttle bus to and from the slopes with bus stop 1 minute from the hotel. The slopes are walkable - - probably 8-10 minutes but I preferred the shuttle bus given my age. The skiing at Crans-Montana was excellent. Overall a wonderful stay....
