“No había calefacción en la habitación y esos días hacia mucho frío en Cartagena, dos personas nos acatarramos por este tema, ya el último de los 3 días que estuvimos nos pusieron un radiador No se comprende que en pleno diciembre no tengan posibilidad de poner radiador”

“This hotel is in a very good location, within a short walking distance of the beach and sea. Prior to making my reservation I called the hotels reservation centre for details to compare with Expedia. There appeared to be little difference, so I chose to make the booking via Expedia.ca. I booked the deluxe double soundproof room, with air conditioning, sea view (The Level), on the top floor of the hotel. “I've stayed in this hostel for 2 nights while visiting Cartagena and had really good time. The room was spacious with nice view, very comfortable and I loved the walk in shower which was much better than some 4* hotels. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect, within short walking distance from everything. I would definitely stay again on my next visit to the city.”
