"I had great hopes for this hotel but fell short a little. The property is nice and well done but does not offer anything beyond a room and a, lets call it "sufficient" breakfast. Unless you use the spa area which looks great on the pictures, there is just nothing else. The view is great, the location is great and the hotel is in great condition. Hence the reason for the 5-star but it sure is lacking something a little more. Parking is a bit of a pain and loading/unloading should be better...

"Gianni a entendu ma demande d'une place de parking puisque je suis une personne à mobilité réduite et il a pris l'initiative de me donner une chambre en rez de chaussée. Cela s'appelle être au service et à l'écoute de sa clientèle, un grand merci ! Il a discuté volontiers avec moi, c'est tellement mieux qu'une boîte à clé ! "Super séjour aux Cinque Terre, l'appartement se trouve à 12 minutes environ de la gare de La Spezia, départ en train vers les 5 terres. L'appartement est dans un village typique, calme et avec une terrasse avec vue sur la mer ! Le petit déjeuner est posé devant notre porte à l'heure demandée. Le proprietaire a été trés réactif à toutes mes demandes, via whattsapp. Toutes mes questions ont eu des réponses, merci à lui. Je pense revenir pour découvrir encore cette magnifique région."

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

The carpet in the halls could be replaced and the staff could be friendly and greet their guests as they come and go to make them feel more welcome. Otherwise nice stay."
