We always stay here when visiting family in Columbus. The Hampton is modern, clean, and spacious, and they provide an adequate breakfast. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars as usual is a problem with housekeeping. They only clean the rooms every other day. We were there Friday - Monday, so we expected service on Sunday. When we returned late that night, the room wasn't clean and the front desk said it wasn't scheduled for cleaning until Monday. All they could do was to bring dry towels, which took an hour. When we checked out, we appreciated Stephen at the front desk who said the room should have been cleaned Sunday and gave us some Bonvoy points for the inconvenience.
