Two star review. This establishment needs major renovations and upgrades inside and out. You get what you pay for. I called to notify management that I had bites from bed bugs and was brushed off. I was told in a defensive manor “we have receipts from recent pest control treatment” and immediately mentioned I wouldn’t receive a refund. I simply and genuinely called to notify them for future travelers and not looking for a refund. Their defensive tone does not negate the fact that bed bugs may still be present but genuine customer service would’ve offered a partial refund (if not full) and assured me, a frequent stayer at this location, that they’d address the issue immediately. I will not be staying at this location again and would not recommend you do either.
The rooms are dingy, dirty, extremely outdated and not cared for. Sometimes when one is simply staying for sleep only, these things can be overlooked but being brushed off for bed bugs is unacceptable.
I’ve stayed here for three nights a week for the last three months and would not recommend staying here due to the quality of service, cleanliness of rooms, and now having an allergic reaction to bed bugs all over my entire body.
