“We were a family of 5 that stayed on the penthouse floor. It was fabulous, clean, on-site laundry and the rooftop pool with views was incredible. They are extremely responsive. The TV was not working & we thought it was the remote...what did they do? They brought a new TV, which we were not expecting. My husband loves to cook and we cooked a lot in that kitchen. The only suggestion to improve the stay would have been to have a dustpan and brush to clean up. Having 3 teenagers, there was mess on...

“Great photos of the property, they really enticed me to select this place. The location was on the border of Casco Viejo. My biggest disappointment was the lack of extra towels. I also had to buy our own hand soap, soap for shower, coffee, tea, and toilet paper. I asked for a complimentary cleaning and they only picked up trash, they did not replace the towels. ”

“Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight.”
