There is a swimming pool on the 11th floor. The 2nd floor the building is like a art museum. When you cross the street, you're right at the cinta costera walking path. Our host is very friendly and accessible. This place enhanced the quality of our trip.”

“The company did not respond to emails, phone calls,etc. They sent me the code to get in a few hours before I got off my cruise ship. By this time I booked a new hotel.They would not give me a refund. In retrospect I'm glad I rebooked even though I lost the money because the place is in a dangerous neighborhood and we would not have been able to walk around with day and night.”

“This place is a scam. We started trying to reach out to the owner a day before our arrival without any result. I contacted Expedia to help with the issue, but they too was not able to find the owners. Eventually, we arrived to the place to find locked doors and dusty windows. A lady from the neighboring shop told us that another family got into the same situation about a week before us. They never managed to get inside and had to find another hotel. We had to do the same. ”
