“We were a family of 5 that stayed on the penthouse floor. It was fabulous, clean, on-site laundry and the rooftop pool with views was incredible. They are extremely responsive. The TV was not working & we thought it was the remote...what did they do? They brought a new TV, which we were not expecting. My husband loves to cook and we cooked a lot in that kitchen. “Unfortunately I do not recommend this stay/host. The apartment just looked beautiful in terms of layout and decor but that was it. The cleanliness was very poor- the kitchen/dining/living room was infested with roaches! A lot of mold/mildew/limescale on all the faucets/tiles & shower-kitchen/bathroom. “Nice place, convenient and nicely priced”

“Great photos of the property, they really enticed me to select this place. The location was on the border of Casco Viejo. My biggest disappointment was the lack of extra towels. I also had to buy our own hand soap, soap for shower, coffee, tea, and toilet paper. I asked for a complimentary cleaning and they only picked up trash, they did not replace the towels. ”
