“First off, I hate big shiny resorts. This building if rather old and is showing her age. If you are a resort/cruise ship kind of person, this may not be the place for you. The staff was super helpful whenever I needed anything. It is close enough to the Malecon that it is an easy walk down, but a requires a bit more effort on the way up the hill. The payoff is great views of Bay of Banderas. As many have stated, the beds are rather hard, but bearable.”

“I have stayed several times at Los Tules. It is a place where my husband and i like to come back to every year. My biggest complaint is we never know which unit we will be in. Its always an uncomfortable gamble. ”
