We were there for my son's Spartan race. Very please with our room. It had a fresh clean smell, beds were comfy. The staff was very friendly when we were checking in. Close to all amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean, reasonably priced, and service was good. It is a retro motel with dated decor but it was clean, and walkable to downtown. Collingwood has gotten so expensive - so this is an affordable option.

Room was a 1970/1980 time capsule but very clean. Bed was good and I just needed somewhere cheap to sleep for 8 hours and it did the trick.
A little bag of Insulation then a screen to outside. Was open when I arrived

The price the convenience to downtown the friendly staff. The place could use some work outside for more appel. I felt safe but the two key system would have been easier if the two keys looked different in someway and it was difficult to open the outside door very heavy to open.

Average motel, decent for the price

The room was quite small, and as it was only my five year old and myself, it was fine. Everything was unplugged except for the TV, including the mini fridge and lights. Whether that’s planned (for eco purposes) I don’t know, but it’s the first time I’ve ever encountered that. The light above the bed didn’t work. The AC was extraordinarily loud, though that could be because of the overall size of the room. There were two odd “doors” as windows that opened underneath the window, one of which had a garbage bag taped on. The bed was comfy. The TV kept me in a YTV loop, every channel somehow defaulted to YTV. Wifi was garbage, it was very slow in between the constant cutting out. The lady at the front desk was friendly enough and check in was a breeze. I’d probably stay again with my kid, as it wasn’t a terrible experience, and we were only there to sleep, but if I were traveling with my girlfriend, I don’t think we’d stay here.

Honestly the location at first seems a bit sketch. But it’s by far the most reasonable price for a room in the area. Staff are super friendly, room is old and a bit out dated but very clean and nice to stay. Older property but enjoyed my stay very much. Would recommend
