"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very spacious property, towels and bedding very fresh. The surrounding areas had excellent bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. There are also many shops close by. The only negative to this property in our opinion was the lack of seating in the lounge. "This place is an absolute dump! The pictures on the site are nothing like real life. I was in London with family and friends over christmas and had to complete the stay due to limited availability and last minute pricing. From day one, this stay was on a path to being a terrible experience. We never got an email with the entry code for the gate.
