โEverything about our stay was exceptional. The location was right in the old town centre near many restaurants, shops and the water. The hotel manager Petko was super helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and helped arrange anything we needed. He definitely made our stay extremely enjoyable and easy. โ
โPanorama Blue is located in a perfect location to enjoy the evening and very close to the parking which is included! Thats a big bonus. The room was spotless and was a perfect starting point - just far enough from the tourist shops and a wonderful view in the evening to enjoy the sunset and the harbour. The reception and staff are 5 star. Highly recommeded.โ
โHotel is getting ready to close for the winter so it was a little empty but the food was ample and good, the staff are amazing. I forgot my uk to eu adapter and they loaned me one. โ

โGenerally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end.
After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning.
It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help.

โTo start we had to go to another office in the city to register ourselves and after riding 250 miles on a motorcycle this was not a welcome greeting. The staff were great at helping us to find it , it was just an unwanted inconvenience.
The mattress was in a poor state but other than that the room and the hotel was in a better state.
The food and drinks served were excellent and the staff serving them .
I paid for parking for our motorcycle and had no issuesโ
โKjempe fin leilighet, men badet var ikke ok. Vannet rant fra dusjen og utover hele gulvet. Toalett sisternen var รธdelagt, sรฅ vanskelig รฅ trekke ned. โ
โHotel lobby and lobby bar staff was very friendly. Staff in the top restaurant was mainly very unfriendly, we didn't feel welcome there at all. Hotel was nice and clean but the floor of our Hotel room was very dirty during our stay. It should be vacuumed daily in the summer time. Also shower was a bit mouldy. Food was mainly good. Location very nice, it was easy to walk everywhere. Room was nice and quiet and the Air conditioning worked perfectly. โ
โAll I can say everything was perfect anyone not happy with this hotel should have spent more money.Would highly recommend and will be back next year โ
