"Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. The rooms are gigantic and the courtyards are beautiful. The zocolo is not far but you do have to cross a very busy street so take caution. The beds were somewhat on the hard side but most of our party thought they were fine. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They do give you coupons for free tequila- the silver only. "Very close to the historical center of Puebla. Many good restaurants and cafes nearby. Fast elevator. Gym lacks air con but doesn't get insufferably hot. The room has an alcove with a large shelf where you can easily and comfortably open your suitcase instead of having to open it on the floor. One negative here: although this is a modern hotel, it lacks a laundry room for guests. The closest laundromat is a 15 minute walk away and is quite busy due to lack of public laundromats in the vicinity."
