"A very unique hotel and room but I enjoyed it - I was comfortable and the service was friendly. The breakfast was light by big hotel standards but coffee, bread and other fare were good! Like many other hotels the room is for sleeping not for lounging but the common areas are very inviting."

Hot day- No air conditioning-disappointed
"Lovely old building with pleasant grounds but the unit lacked a great deal. Firstly, no air conditioning on a 34 degree day is a huge problem for anyone. Verified traveler

Quiet area, the town itself has a few nice sights, especially the Chateau de Chimay. If you are willing to drive out of town there are several nice locations to visit, including the Abbey de Scourmont, which has beautiful grounds.
