“This hotel was great. Booked a suite and they upgraded us no extra charge. We asked to stay another night - to which they happily let us and we stayed in our upgraded suite. Amazing pool.. amazing hot tub. If we are ever back in Chile we will come here again. 10/10. Breakfast was amazing. View was amazing. Great hotel! ”

“The location is good, the staff are friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was very nice. The car park is very inconvenient being two blocks away. The most unsatisfactory thing was our room, which was very poor. There was not space for one person to walk past another, nowhere to put suitcases, no bedside lights, and the shower was small ugly and badly constructed.
