"Called the local host when we arrived in the area, she was not interested in helping us, she said that she was not feeling well and gave us a number to call in France. When we called the number in France, a man answered and he quickly realised that he double booked the property - even though we booked and paid in full for the booking more than 2 months in advance! He then refused to help us any further. We then spent the rest of the evening on the phone to hotels.com trying to find alternative...

"I would recommend Expedia remove this property or at least the owners from their ads. First, i was overcharged before keys were given. It was a bait and switch- I rented a two bedroom apartment and was given a one bedroom. Having traveled for 24 hrs, i just let it go. There was no heat in the apartment. By day 5-6, the water heater unit's wiring located in the kitchen area burst into flames. "

"Really great stay and very nice customer service from this luxury apartment hotel. They have clear check-in instructions, great communication and an airport shuttle option. The apartment is very spacious and extremely clean. Breakfast items are also provided, either you can prep it yourself or a housemaid can come prepare it for you. The gate keeper asked the residence and owner phone number .i showed him my Expedia confirmation and pre payment .he shocked me, that the residence is occupied .he called the owner , he gave the same answer and there is nothing he could do and hanged up. I was left in the middle of night searching for a place to stay ...it took me one week of phone calls to expedia to get my refund."
