"Lots to like and I would happily recommend anyone to stay here. Be aware that there is no lift and stairs are quite steep. Staff are excellent but are not on site 24/7 however are easily contactable via WhatsApp and are extremely helpful. Things to improve: bathroom folding door was broken when we arrived and as a result difficult to close. Towel Hook was loose and about to break off so we couldn't use.
