“We could have given a 1 star rating for an accidental charge that was placed on our card, but because of the receptionist's professionalism in handling the situation, this place deserves a higher rating for good customer service. We believe her name was Leiani (??) Please excuse us if this was a misspell. She was the only night shift receptionist who helped us. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about. Everything was good. ”

“Clean and nice fancy room. A coffee maker and a refrigerator would have made this hotel even more perfect.”

“The room was very clean. The bed was comfy and came with 4 pillows which is essential. The desk was nice to get some work done. I love how the bathroom had lotion! So many places do not. The gym was very clean and had all the essentials for an excellent workout. The breakfast was so delicious! I had biscuits/gravy, eggs, sausage and yougurt parfait with granola/fruit. I would highly recommend this hotel! They had a pool however i never got around to use it. ”
