It is common to hear 'we don't support Sunchase IV and then when we call the given number it goes to voicemail. I left multiple voice message and no one got back to us. Very bad. Getting additional tissue paper was also an issue. The additional foldable bed support is also damaged. There are missing bulbs as well.”

“We loved this place. We were the only ones there so I cannot testify to noise from others. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that there weren't real coffee mugs. They were tiny and made of plastic, so couldn't reheat coffee in the microwave. I just bought a couple at Walmart and got coffee filters to use our own coffee, as they do have some, but it is the typical hotel coffee that I don't really want to drink.
