“Small hotel, but with excellent service. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend this place 100%!”

“Good in many respects but our timing was bad. Apparently spring is the time when sargassum weeds move in. The beach at the property (and anywhere on the north and east side of whole island was unusable). They clean things up but it takes a few days and we never even got to walk on the beach. Housekeeping could be more prompt (they tried to make it up after I complained). Property in general was good but for the price paid I am not sure it is best value.”

“Looked better in pics than in reality. Airport transfer was not included in the fee and this was not communicated out front. I was also quoted a taxi fee of almost 3 times the normal rate to go to the airport around 6am. Luckily, I found a local taxi company to get me there. ”

“The only disappointments was there no beverages in the room and very limited access to the specialty restaurants. The view was great as was the weather. Room was nice. Great choice in pools if you’re willing to walk. Resort is somewhat remote. Most of staff were very friendly. ”

“location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. Scenery was beautiful, management was responsive and helpful. Parking is also scarce. I would book again as a 5:6:7th option for...

“I don’t recommend this facility. It needs updating and the bathtooms were dirty and not enough washclothes. Definitely will not return. ”

“Food was not good. Restaurants you had to stand in line to make a reservation between 10-3. There were three restaurants.. not including the ice cream/ coffee shop that was twice out of ice cream, a sports bar that took an hour to receive your food wit no one in the place, and a buffet that was average at best. Out of the three other restaurants, the Italian place was good others not so much! Drinks were ok. Entertainment was ok. Staff was ok.not much of a beach… handles coming off on all...

“The property is in a lovely location, very quiet a a peaceful - you really need a car as nowhere nearby to get supplies, it’s basic, but immaculate and with everything you need. Sharon was very helpful, but we sadly we were unable to meet Gabriela and Douglas on this occasion, we had read such glowing reviews about them. (I hope you are feeling better, and hopefully we may get to come again and meet you). Deep bay is a 20 min walk and is just gorgeous. ”

“Anything and everything I asked for at the bar it was available. They’re very welcoming and polite. Another thing I loved was being able to take my drinks back to the room! Staff were great! They make sure you’re comfortable and okay! ”
