"Overall, clean and good. Front desk very helpful. Down side: No ice machines functioning on 5 of 6 floors. One waiter at breakfast quite rude when asked to help with juicing oranges. Dining room was not full, but he didn’t want to bother."

"Hotel was great, the staff was extremely helpful and nice. They were always attentive. Right next to Termini a 25 min walk to Patheon 20 min walk to Trevi fountain. Subway is a 7 minute walk."
