“This was a room in a house in a residential area of Boston. It seemed to have been newly converted to “hotel” accommodation with 4 key safes on the wall. There was a small shared kitchen and a dining room for 4. Our room was small but adequate with a double bed and en-suite. Check in was by ringing a phone and being given your room number and key safe code. It worked well, the interaction was friendly and helpful and we were allowed access at 2.30.
