“El HDSPM de la recepción es una persona nefasta, le hablamos para avisar que llegaríamos 5 minutos tarde y no nos quiso atender, llegamos 2 minutos antes de las 10:00 pm y se hizo tonto para no atendernos y dejarnos afuera, afortunadamente una Srta que contestó nuestra llamada nos fue a abrir para podernos hospedar, sino fuera por ella nos hubiéramos quedado en la calle…. El tipo nos dijo que él tenía una vida y no era el dueño para esperarse a atendernos. Ojalá que la empresa tome en serio...

“The room was very spacious and cosy, the air conditioning was great too, very much needed. The balcony was a great size too and attracted a lot of sunshine in the afternoons with a nice view. The bed was quite uncomfortable as it was a sofa bed and an extra pillow per person would be needed as only one pillow each was given and the mattress was quite hard but slept well overall.
