"This hotel is well-known in a good location. Overall it is a nice hotel. But it is not up to the expectation for the price and "reputation" . When I arrived in the morning to leave my luggage, the desk person gave me the information about the city bus but did not check the schedule, nor did not call to confirm. So I waited at the station just across the street from the hotel almost an hour. So I returned to the desk and he called the bus office and found that the bus was not running into the station that day because of some special event. When I returned to the hotel, another person at the desk did not give me any information about breakfast , wifi and etc. he said that my luggage was in my room, but it wasn't.
