“My room was very clean and the fact it was on the beach was a huge perk! My room did not have hot water. I advised the front desk. They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy. Other than those two things, it wasnt that bad of a stay. ”

“We really liked the location and were super excited to stay in Old San Juan for a few days but had no idea about “the stairs”. We had just come off of a 7 day cruise and had planned to stay but once we arrived, we saw “the stairs” and almost passed out. We have 4 pieces of luggage and there’s no elevator. Our room was on the top floor. We spoke to Omar (the manager) and decided we wouldn’t be able to stay. He was more than gracious and even refunded us our money for the 2 days we canceled. ...
