Staff was excellent, very attentive! Location of the hotel wasn’t the best. Halls were a little creepy since the light would turn on one by one as you walk by, like in a horror movie, breakfast was delicious, parking was paid, which is weird since it’s not a downtown location with limited parking… All in all a good bang for the buck.

Most of what they offer was very good! Not just Good, but not excellent... The smal refrigerator did not work good. Milk we bought spoiled in 2 days... But Overall is was a very good stay!

Lobby was extremely hot, they don’t turn on the AC. My room wasn’t ready until 3pm even though the check in time is at 2pm, they said bed sheets were arriving late and made me wait in the lobby with no air conditioning.

Hotel bom porém peça em detalhes . Não tem copos nem xícaras no quarto . Qdo solicitei disseram que só descartável . Absurdo ! Elevadores lentos . Estacionamento agora cobrado porém bem eficiente vale os r$25,00 diários . A piscina maior agora está coberta o que a torna no verão uma sauna .

A estadia em geral foi boa, minhas reclamações são pontuais acerca de um pedido que reiteradamente fiz no saguão e as funcionárias da limpeza sobre a ausência de sabão no meu quarto e necessidade de limpeza do quarto, que somente foram atendidas com mais de 1 dia de atraso e após 4 pedidos.

O Hotel tem uma parte social interessante com piscinas, área de lazer para crianças, o atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom, Mas O quarto deixou a desejar, o colchão extremamente desgastado, o travesseiro não tinha enchimento, a cama de casal de um lado fica encostada na parede.

O hotel é muito bom. Destaques para a piscina aquecida, e o sistema de estacionamento. O quarto é bom, mas peca na limpeza do local de banho. Há mofo acumulado nos box. O enxoval também não é 100%. O café da manhã é igualmente bom. Não excelente, mas atende bem. A maior dificuldade é relativa aos elevadores. São apenas 2, e há "congestionamento" de uso em determinadas horas do dia.
