"I had an amazing stay here. The staff were all extremely friendly even if you were just passing them in the hallway or elevator. The room was very comfortable and clean. Loved the soaps and shampoo/conditioner dispensers. The product was amazing and kept the bathroom organized and clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and more than I expected from a hotel service. This hotel was centrally located and made it easy to get anywhere I needed to go very quickly. "The room was decent overall but the bed was not clean. I worn a clean black shirt to bed and woke up covered in animal hair. It was obvious the sheets were not changed from the last person. We told the front desk when we got up but they just said sorry and that they would yell at the cleaning lady. "
