"it was an amazing hotel. specially i would like to extend my gratitude to 'Karim'. He was very attentive to all our requests, and I wanted to say thank you to him again when we checked out, but he was off that day. He was very kind and efficient. and i can't forget 'Simon' either. He was the most professional mixologist I have ever seen. and the band performance at the bar was also impressive. room was also good and spacious and clean, i wouldn't say it was exceptional, but the experiences i have with staffs of that hotel was truly exceptional and i would choose this hotel again when I visit Lisbon. "

"리스본 관광하기에 위치가 아주 좋아요! 호시우광장 바로 근처이고 호텔 바로 앞에 큰 마트가 있어서 좋아요 24시 내내 프론트에 사람이 있어서 밤 12시 넘어서 늦게 체크인하는 것도 괜찮았어요 호텔 직원분들 전부 다 너무 친절하고 샤워부스도 크고 뜨거운 물도 잘나와요! 방이 살짝 작긴하지만 근처가 안전하고 위치가 너무 맘에 들어서 추천합니다 :) "

"위치와 view가 조금 아쉬웠지만 공항 픽업서비스가 너무 좋았습니다. 호텔이 좀 오래되고 시설이 낡긴 했으나 매우 깨끗하고 고풍스러운 분위기를 느낄 수 있었습니다. 공항과 가까운 곳을 구하고자 하신다면 여기를 추천드립니다."

"A receção é muito simpática. Os quartos são limpos e a localização é espetacular. No entanto, o barulho do exterior não é completamente bloqueado, o que foi desconfortável. Espero que tenham gostado dos biscoitos coreanos que vos oferecemos."
