"Keep in mind that this hotel is extremely calm, they don’t have a theater for shows as other hotels, they just have a small scenario facing the beach where they have fire and light shows basically, nothing fancy. What really saved my trip was the food at the specialty restaurants, the majority of their staff were really helpful and friendly. Other than that that there’s little to no entertainment there."

"My wife and I stayed at Paradisus Los Cabos for 10 nights to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The resort is beautiful, extremely clean and very maintained, with gorgeous gardens and grounds the pool area was excellent. The bartenders made great drinks, and the poolside service was outstanding. The beach was beautiful, with a lifeguard on duty, and we really appreciated the complementary beach cabanas. One of the highlight of our vacation was the turtle release. It was a special and memorable experience that we will always remember. The staff truly helped make our stay special. We especially want to recognize Omar and Filemon at Aqua Marina for lunch, Lugardo at Malva for breakfast,Adan at Tokimeku for dinner, and Ashley in guest relations. They are friendly and attentive. Service deserves special recognition. The resort also remembered our anniversary and surprised us with wine and chocolate covered strawberries, which was a wonderful touch. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation, and excellent staff were a major reason why. We enjoy traveling and experience, different resorts and destinations, so while we don’t know when our travels will bring us back to los Cabos, we are very glad we chose Paradis us for our 20th anniversary and will remember the wonderful people who made our stay special."

"We had such a wonderful stay in Grand Velas Los Cabos! From the moment we arrived, the resort was beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming. The property was very well maintained, the views were absolutely stunning, and the entire atmosphere made it easy to unwind and enjoy our vacation. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always made us feel taken care of. We really enjoyed the pools, the food, and the overall service throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean, and waking up in such a beautiful setting every day was definitely a highlight. Overall, we had an amazing experience and made some great memories here. We would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas and would love to come back again!"

"We are returning guests and have stayed at this property multiple times. We have always really enjoyed our stays, and overall, we enjoyed this trip as well. The biggest difference this visit was the staff. I’m not sure if it was because we visited during the off-season, but the staff overall did not seem nearly as friendly or attentive as during our previous stays. It often took quite a bit of effort just to get someone’s attention. I certainly don’t expect to be catered to, but one of the things we’ve always appreciated about this property is the wonderful service and attention from the staff, and unfortunately, that was noticeably lacking this time. We were also there during the recent storm, which understandably affected some of the resort’s operations. However, food options became extremely limited because several restaurants only offered outdoor seating and therefore were closed. What was especially frustrating was that the hotel still hosted a private party in one of the few restaurants that remained open, further limiting dining options for hotel guests. With multiple event spaces available, it seemed like the party could have been moved to an event room given the circumstances. So if there during a storm, be prepared! We still love the property and will return, but this visit did not quite live up to the level of service we’ve experienced here in the past."

"This resort exceeded my expectations! From the spacious, clean, and modern rooms to the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean, everything made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The spa is outstanding, although the treatments are overpriced, which seems to be common at luxury resorts. They offer complimentary hydrotherapy tours, and I highly recommend trying them. It’s a great way to enjoy the spa experience. The food was also surprisingly good for an all-inclusive. Honestly, this is the best food I’ve had at an all-inclusive resort so far. There was a good variety, and the quality exceeded my expectations. But what impressed me the most was the staff and service. This is hands down the best all-inclusive service I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They weren’t just nice because you gave them tips. The kindness felt sincere, and that made the experience even more special. The butler service was amazing! Our butler Kelly was attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist, making our stay feel even more personalized. The Le Blanc app was also incredibly useful. The only downside is the pressure to join their Palace Elite membership. They can be persistent, but you’ll be fine if you know how to say no. Overall, an amazing experience! Great rooms, beautiful views, excellent food, outstanding service, and an amazing butler team."
